We had a HVAC company come out which they did clean the debris out of the outside unit also required feron and explaining to them We had been experiencing these high bills they ignored what I was telling them and said it was just hot. I told the ac tech again even last year our ac bill was less than half that cost and the heat index was way higher last year then this year. So thats when I did a Google search looked for a 5 star rating and who was open as this time which was around 5pm when I was calling. Pennington Home Comfort PROMPTLY answered and scheduled for a visit the next day. Arrival was on time and the fix was taken care of! Super glad I called Pennington! My husband looked at the inside AC unit and it was frozen! We called Josh at Pennington Home Comfort and not only did he answer after 5PM, he talked my husband through what to do to cool the house down for the night and made an appointment to be at the house at 9AM the next morning. While he was here, we had him quote a new HVAC system since our was 20+ years old and we have no idea what the maintenance records look like for it.Fast forward to less than a week ago. We were in the process of putting the baby to sleep when we lost power in the house for a brief second. Everything else came back on, except the AC. I had had it with the AC at this point so I emailed Josh right away (after 9PM). He answered first thing the next morning.This all happened 5 days ago, and we just had an entire new system put in TODAY!! They wasted no time at all and took care of our family as if we were their own!10/10 would recommend! read less

I’d had the same issue each summer with my AC since moving into a new build home in 2014. Multiple companies had been out to try and fix it, yet no one ever did it right until Pennington Home Comfort. They fixed the problem that was basically caused by a shortcut the builders took when originally installing. Their team was in my home all day and they were all extremely courteous, careful of my pets, and made sure they cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. We had a unit installed less than a year ago by another contractor and had nothing but problems with it. The contractor would not even return my calls. I was referred to Pennington Home Comfort by a friend. I called Josh. He assessed the unit. Gave me a very reasonable estimate on what it would take to bring it up to code. His workmanship is excellent with great attention to quality and detail. I'm at peace now knowing that my unit is functioning the way it was supposed to. I came home one afternoon and when I walked into my house I noticed immediately that my air was not... read moreI came home one afternoon and when I walked into my house I noticed immediately that my air was not cooling as usual so I went online and looked up 24 hour service in Greenville and that’s the evening that I found Josh with Pennington. He came out to my home that evening around 8:30 p.m. and only charged me $45.00 for a service call that late in the evening when my husband and I both thought it would be several hundred dollars, then I got the bad news that my central unit needed to be replaced because it was only about 22 years old, I’m very thankful that it lasted that long but I took very good care of it and changed the filter constantly and kept it clean. So Josh ordered us a new unit and he and his worked came out when the new unit came in and they installed it for us. Very good guys, very respectful and very helpful with everything. So we got our new unit in and up and running and then the next week my sons outside unit bit the dust so again I called Josh out to look at his and again it’s was after hours and on one visit he didn’t even charge us anything because we got to seeing each other it seemed like every few days with a problem but Josh was ALWAYS Johnny on the spot and helped us out a lot. So, with all of this being said, if you are looking for an A/C company, Pennington in Greenville Texas is the one to defiantly call.
